RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At STRIVE Fashions, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN WINDOW

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests received after the 5-business-day period will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags and packaging attached, when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

For sanitary and safety reasons, certain items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, beauty or personal-care items, and any merchandise specifically marked FINAL SALE.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are also FINAL SALE unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error made by STRIVE Fashions.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact STRIVE Fashions within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error by STRIVE Fashions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

STRIVE Fashions is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

STRIVE Fashions reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
